What Are Dental Implants?

Dental implants are a way to replace missing teeth by placing a small titanium post in the jawbone.

This post replaces the root of the tooth and supports a crown, bridge, or denture above it.

Once healed, the implant becomes stable within the bone, allowing a replacement tooth to be attached in a way that looks and functions similarly to a natural tooth.

I’ve been going to harcourt dental for many years and always had a great experience. Dr. Lorna is such a great dentist, very attentive and reassuring and provides advice on how to maintain oral health. I’ve had other procedures with their oral surgeon and endodontist such as extractions and root canals and all have been very good. Very happy with them.
